How to Validate Your Ticket

To validate your ticket, simply follow these steps:

1. Type in your ticket number

Enter the number of your ticket in the designated field.

2. Click on the checkbox

Once you have entered your ticket number, click on the checkbox to validate it.

3. View order details

You can also view all order details for multiple tickets by clicking on the "View Order Details" button.

4. Scan a QR code

For mobile tickets, you can also scan the QR code on your ticket using the "Scan QR Code" button.

5. Deadline for validation

Please note that tickets can only be validated on the date and time you selected. Until then, the validation button will remain deactivated.

6. Present your validated ticket

Once you have validated your ticket, please present it to a staff member at the event venue upon arrival. Failure to validate your ticket will result in its expiration.
